An 81-year-old man who can give any young, flashy guitar player a run for his money. I also found him to be funny, I wasn't expecting that. He would go off on tangents in the middle of a song, but I don't know, maybe that's what he's always done at his shows. After I stood in line for a shirt(Goose - The Band definitely needs to have more than one person handling his souvenir sales), it was a surprise to me that when I went to my seat, Quinn Sullivan was already on stage. My ticket said the show started at 9pm, which I thought was odd, so I got there shortly before 8:30. I'd thought that the music playing was just over the house PA. As for Quinn Sullivan, didn't see much of him, except maybe his last couple of songs. Great performances by him and his backing band, the Damn Right Blues Band. I'd heard how he goes out into the audience, and he did. The lady seated next to me said he'd gone on around 8:10 and she didn't even know he was going to be there, let alone go on at that time. First time seeing this legendary blues man even though I have some of his records. It didn't take that much away from his performance.
